Andy Reimer is the Manager, Safety Audits & Certifications, at Energy Safety Canada (ESC), the department overseeing the energy industry’s interprovincial COR program. Prior to coming to ESC, Andy worked in a variety of roles at Enbridge, including his final three years overseeing Project Safety Management Systems development for all project types across the enterprise. Andy is passionate about safety evolution and the need to create new systems and approaches to strategically target “SIF” – those exposures and incidents that have the real potential to end in a fatality.
