Learning Reviews use network mapping to help organizations make sense of the human contribution to incidents, accidents, and normal work in complex systems. 

This workshop will help participants build on concepts introduced in the Ivan Pupulidy presentation, Learning from Normal Work and apply them in the Learning Review, which is now used by two major airlines and the medical system of New Zealand.
