Tamera Madden is a Senior Manager of Health, Safety, and Environment for Bird Industrial Construction within the Stuart Olson MRO division, based in Fort McMurray, Alberta. With more than 20 years of experience in Alberta’s industrial construction sector, she is recognized for elevating organizational performance through strong governance, rigorous auditing practices, and collaborative leadership.

Tamera’s career includes extensive work across both unionized and non-union environments, enabling her to lead diverse teams and navigate complex stakeholder relationships with clarity, fairness, and confidence. She joined Stuart Olson in 2012 and continued her leadership journey with Bird Construction following its acquisition in 2020.

A graduate of the University of Alberta’s Faculty of Extension, Tamera earned her Occupational Health and Safety Certificate with Distinction. She achieved the Certified Health and Safety Consultant (CHSC) designation in 2009 and the Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation in 2015, maintaining both in good standing.
