Wes Spence is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL Captain turned performance coach and leadership consultant. Over a 25-year Navy career, he led elite teams in demanding environments—from Afghanistan to the open ocean—culminating as the first Commanding Officer of the Naval Special Warfare Advanced Training Command and Chief of Staff for Special Operations in Afghanistan.

After retiring, Wes brought his experience in precision, adaptability and trust to the private sector. As Vice President of Business Development at CAVU International, he leads global programs that strengthen leadership, safety culture and operational discipline across the energy and manufacturing industries.
