Description
This workshop will introduce participants to The Platypus Philosophy® and to how to identify weak signals before they occur using scenario Bow Ties, enabling easier identification in the field. This workshop will equip attendees with practical tools they can apply in their own companies.
It will also cover the need to implement and maintain adequate assurance programs to ensure their barriers remain functional. Participants are encouraged to bring along one of their own Bow Ties to review; alternatively, a generic one will be provided to practice the techniques.
