This interactive workshop introduces a practical, science-based approach to improving safety before, during and after work.
In this session, we will explore three integrated tools developed through industry and academic research: High-quality pre-task meetings to strengthen planning, High Energy Control Assessment (HECA) to evaluate the presence of direct controls during active work, and the Safety Classification and Learning (SCL) model to support consistent learning following incidents and observations.
Designed for safety leaders, supervisors and operational teams, you will learn how these methods fit together to enhance planning, elevate field execution, and support clear, defensible post-event learning.
This workshop is exclusively available to pre-registered, all-access pass delegates.
